LIL BIT OF BOTH

I am excited. I can't believe that I'm finally going back to my hometown after almost 5years.

* Yes it's my first time back and this time it's for real. We've planned and cancelled, planned and cancelled but this one, ain't going to be cancelled anymore. In a matter of 20days, I'll be off to the place I've always known to be "my home", P.I. My bessie, Tinay said it's still the same over there, nothing much have changed really except the fact that my former classmates are already working their way to success. Gosh, we are indeed old. No more of those "Let's hang on the weekends kay may class ako,"---sentences anymore. It's now replaced by "Sure plan lang ahead para ka off ko." Wow, time do fly by fast.

I am nervous as heck. I can't believe I'm finally going back to my hometown after almost 5years.

* Yes, it's my first time back and this time it's for real. Aside from the fact that this ain't never going to be cancelled, there's so much unfinished business I have to deal with once I get back. Memories of bittersweet past will come around again, not that I've anticipated it already, but things happen, and if things do happen sometimes we have no control over them, I have no control over them. But I have a way of getting around them most of the time, hope I can still have the charm to do that. What can I say, I'm a runner, "running away" is my middle name.

As much as I had been wanting to pack my things eversince this year rolled, and as much as I had fun packing my things today, I can't seem to get rid of this funny feeling in my stomach, the feeling of "not knowing what to expect but you know in your head that everything's going to be fine anyway, and yet you still worry." It's probably due to my cuckoo paranoid state of mind but you know what I mean right? (pls say yes) hehe. My dad, mum and I have sat down awhile ago to discuss our itinerary, things to do, places to go, people to meet. As I offered to be the secretary to write these stuffs down, I then wished I didn't offer at all. Gosh, just writing the IT down seems like I won't even have time to sleep!!! And to think we already have the luxury of having a month and a few days vacation, how much more those people I know who would normally take a leave for only 2weeks max. Damn hehe!

Oh well, this is my ranting for the day. Excited and Nervous, I think it's a pretty good combination right? Jeez... I think I just have to sleep this one off! hehehe.
