other than that its one day which has the highest alcohol consumption in a year in iloilo city, plus the whole city blocks are ripped by deafing music with soundwaves so powerful you'd feel as if your mobile phone is vibrating. And since everybody is getting drunk in the streets, they're all sniffing to any cover they find to take a leak or throw up, the streets are a mess. the gutters are like flowing with corn soup.
